We want you to be happy with your purchase from Salty Season LLC. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work when you shop at saltyseason.net.

  1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

  1. Non‑Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Digital products

  • Items marked “non‑returnable” at checkout

  1. Exchanges If you need a different size or replacement, contact us at season@saltyseason.net. We will confirm availability and provide instructions for sending the original item back.

  2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at season@saltyseason.net with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

  2. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  3. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing or transit.
