Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Third-Party Fulfillment Some of our products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners. Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are sourced from different suppliers.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at season@saltyseason.net and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
